the main station was directly across from the location, it was perfect. the hotel looked nice, both inside and out, i think. the room was very nice, everything was ok. the breakfast buffet had a tasty range of solid choices.
the top floor room i got was too warm during mild weather. the carpet had a stain.

the hotel include fast wifi for all guests, so i had no problems with my work. the rooms were also clean, which i appreciate. the breakfast room was quiet and the staff were friendly.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the receptionist waited for us when we checked in late in the night, that's a plus. they give fast service if you want to order from your room.

the breakfast buffet includes gluten-free options, that's important. the minibar in the room was available for storing drinks and yogurt. there's also water with mint and lemon. viennoiseries available when you arrive, that's lovely.

The location was convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions and the central train station was right there. the room was also very clean. I appreciated the attention to detail.
the air conditioning did not work properly. the room remained too warm. i hope they fix it soon.

The hotel provides complimentary water and pastries upon arrival. It was a lovely touch. the rooms include a coffee maker for convenient beverage preparation and everything was sparkling clean.

the reception staff were helpful and efficient at check-in and check-out. they provided city maps and recommendations for nearby restaurants, offering valuable assistance with smiles and warm attitudes. the service was AMAZING!!!
